The Sprinkler of Doom is a feature of Tricolor Turf War battles in Splatoon 3.

Description

The Sprinkler of Doom is a device that functions similar to a large Sprinkler. It appears in the latter half of Splatfests in Splatoon 3 (during Tri-Color Turf War battles) when a team successfully activates the Ultra Signal. When the signal is activated, Deep Cut will send down a Sprinkler of Doom in the color of the team that activated it. Once a Sprinkler of Doom is summoned, it will remain on the map permanently for the rest of the match. Only two Sprinklers of Doom can be summoned during a match.

Sprinklers of Doom will be placed in predetermined spots. When a team activates the first Ultra Signal, the Sprinkler of Doom appears approximately halfway between the center of the stage and the spawn location of the activating team. If the same team manages to activate both signals, the second Sprinkler is placed in the center of the stage.
