File prefixes

Hi there! Thanks so much for your help on the wiki so far, it's much appreciated. Just to save you a bit of time, I thought I'd let you know that manually removing the File:" prefixes from the start of image lists in a gallery is sadly unnecessary - although it does save on bytes, the prefix is added back automatically when the gallery is edited in VisualEditor, which we can't change. In short, don't worry about taking up your time on it! GloverMist (talk) 21:59, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I see. Thanks! signatureρσтαeтσtalk 04:45, 19 October 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Vertical roller flicks

Hello Potaeto! First off, thank you for all the various contributions you've been making to the wiki recently! With respect though, please stop modifying page information about Roller weapons to state that the vertical flick is only possible after a jump; it is in fact possible after a short time falling without jumping as well, so making it more general as simply 'in-air' or 'airborne' is more accurate while maintaining brevity in most cases. After discussing this with users in the Inkipedia Discord, I'm going to be reverting most of the instances of changes you made on this topic, but I will go into more detail about the exact mechanics on the Roller page in particular just so it's detailed somewhere. Thank you for your time! Driftin Soul (talk) 14:14, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Thanks for the heads-up! I assumed that jumping was required based on how some other weapons functioned, but I guess that was incorrect.

It actually works the same way (just without the slight delay) for Stringers as well! I believe the S-BLAST is actually the only weapon with a "jump" attack that doesn't transition simply by being in midair. Driftin Soul (talk) 18:36, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Weapon Class trivia sections

Hi! By removing the different game subsections in the trivia section of the weapon class articles, some of the trivia are now incorrect, since they are only true for each game. For example, there have been splatlings with Ink Mine, Squid Beakon, Splat Bomb and Fizzy Bomb at some point in the series, so the trivia is only correct for Seeker and Torpedo on a series basis.
