Your translations

Hi! Your userpage only mentions that you speak Italian, English, and Filipino, so I was wondering if you were using any machine translators for your edits in other languages. Because if this is true, please don't. This wiki has plenty of fluent speakers for all languages that Splatoon series use, and if you see that something isn't translated, even if it's something easy to translate with a machine translator - it probably will be soon (and if not, just ping the corresponding language role in Inkipedia Discord channel to let the speakers know). The wiki prefers to have nothing over potentially wrong machine translations, and it can lead to a ban from editing if a user keeps translating languages they don't speak. Thanks and happy editing! Hey, I wanted to give a heads-up that your current signature includes an element larger than 30 pixels in height, which is against the sig policy. Please revise it so that it is in compliance (my suggestion would be changing the value you set to 135px to 100 instead, as this will round the height of the image to an acceptable size). Thank you! Your recent page creations

Hello, please only create pages if they have enough info in them. Multiple of your new pages for the side order floors do not have sufficient information to be a mainspace page. Octotune uploads

Hello. Thank you for contributing to the MP3 reupload project! However, your recent uploads do not comply with the Audio guidelines. As per the guidelines, all in-game audio must be ripped from the game files, not from external sources or official OST releases. The bitrate also shouldn't exceed 160 kbps. I suggest looking over the music ripping guide, which gives detailed info on how to rip the audio from the game files in a way that complies with the guidelines. I have a MacOs, so I can't download the Looping Audio Converter app. Is there any other conversion app that follows Inkipedia's audio policy and compatible to MacOs? DJ Order-Squidev Talk 13:04, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

You can use the vgmstream command line utility. Use the command vgmstream-cli -l 2.0 -f 10.0 input.bfstm (replace input.bfstm with the full path to the file) which will output a wav file with 2 loops and a 10 second fade-out. Shdwdogg0 (Talk) 13:32, 1 April 2024 (UTC)

Navboxes

Hi there! Thanks for all your help with the Side Order floors pages, you're making a good start on our to-do list. Just as a little note, I wanted to let you know that you don't need to insert navboxes on redirect pages - for example, adding Template:Navbox/Floors to pages that redirect to a main floor article. New Side Order floor pages

Hi! Since this is the second time happening I've noticed, specifically with Bombarded(Constant) Exposed.Floor and Springing Jamboree.Floor, just wanted to note to not forget to use the underscores in the floor page names, if they supposed to have any. Apparently looks like it's difficult to create a new page with the correct name including the underscores, as Prismark said on Discord that they'll have to sit some extra time through renaming them and moving them without leaving redirects because of inability to create a new page with the same name but including the underscores (the wiki counts them as spaces and says that another page of the same name can't be created), and I feel like it'd save them a lot of time and effort if people just didn't forget to include the underscores in the first place. If you'd like to see an example, I created the Acrobatic_Triangular.Floor page with an underscore included. Thanks, and I sincerely hope it helps! :> Have a great day. By using the Displaytitle template/function the missing underscore can be added. If possible, try to add the underscore when creating a page, but if it is still not showing, we can use the Displaytitle template/function.   Perfectionist   (talk) 06:53, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
