The "Voice from on High" is a fax machine that receives the themes for Splatfests in the world of Splatoon.
Description
The "Voice from on High" receives messages from a transmitter on a Voyager-like spacecraft located around 6000 lightyears away from Earth, which are signals from the current world that are bounced back in the form of questions, and prints them out on paper.[1] These messages are misinterpreted as divine messages and are honored through Splatfests.[2]
