Octo Tee

The Octo Tee is headgear in Splatoon. It is a 3-star item produced by [[File:Cuttlegear_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability Haunt.

This item cannot be purchased. Instead, it is a reward from Judd for reaching Level 45.

Appearance

The Octo Tee is a dark purple short-sleeved shirt. It is decorated with Inkling (or possibly Octarian) text formed by rows of small rhinestones, with two large letters on the front and a line of smaller letters on the lower back. At the left side of the hem is a small green tag with the [[File:Cuttlegear_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo in white, and the shirt is accompanied by two black wristbands with dark gray octopus designs.

As a 3-star item, it also has three slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the [[File:Cuttlegear_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, all abilities have an equal chance of being rolled.

Trivia

• The symbols on the shirt loosely resemble the Japanese word for "octopus" (たこ). This is in contrast to shirts such as the White Tee and Yellow Layered LS which have symbols resembling the Japanese word for "squid" (いか).
