Missed weapon demo video

I also found the Sorella Brella demo video shows the regular Splat Brella. Also that page's gallery, quotes and version history sections show the Splat Brella's as well. Someone's falsely impersonating Me!

Unfortunately, not much we can do as they get renewal IP everyday. We have been blocking them without warning. Their vandals are pretty tame and low key that they don't clash with the abuse filters or blacklist. 02:22, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

How can I undo edits?

It's suppose to be upon clicking the History tab of the page around the end of the revision. Try to refresh or login again, I see it on my end. 02:22, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

I see why you can't see that option. This option is visible in Desktop view. At the bottom of the page, there is a button to switch between Desktop to Mobile view. If you are on Desktop view, you'll be able to see that button. 14:02, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

Competitive Weapons Pages

I just created the first of what I hope will be many Competitive-focused pages on weapons in Splatoon and Splatoon 2:

Competitive:Splattershot Jr.

Before I continue making more, I would like to have input how these pages are to look. Besides the Quick facts, Recommended abilities, Use, and Countermeasures sections, I also have the Data section (which would look nice if converted to tabular form IMO) as well. However, if you would like these pages to look different from the original weapons pages in some manner, then let me know how and I will adjust when I begin the competitive pages for the other weapons.

Any subjective matters should be moved to the competitive namespace. I don't think it's necessary to repeat the information that is in the main space. Maybe just the infoboxes for a general idea. Splitting it to Splatoon and Splatoon 2 sections can also help as some weapons got their kits switched from aggressive to supportive and vice versa.

About the Data section, Hedddy has been working on that and it's data that got pulled from the game files so it's raw data that is kept on the main space, if you want, you can include it in competitive space too but I don't think it's necessary. If you have any suggestions like switching to tabular form, might wanna dicuss with him whether in his talk page or discord.

Adding category to the competitive articles would help with sorting like [[Category:.52 Gal Strategy]] or something similar to that. Also, a way we can link from the main page could be a section that is dedicated to Strategy (something similar to Template:Gallery).

Reccommended ability charts

Thank you for the advice telling me to be more careful about which abilities I put in the "recommended abilities" charts, but whose idea was it to remove Respawn Punisher from the Kensa Dynamo Roller chart or Tenacity from the Aerospray PG chart? I think those abilities work well with these weapons. Where can I discuss this with the community?AlexD830 (talk) 01:39, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

Hi AlexD830, Discussions can be made on Ink Pump, at Discord on #Inkipedia channel, or the relative discussion page (Competitive talk:Kensa Dynamo Roller/Competitive talk:Aerospray PG). You can also see who made the changes by pressing the History tab button and see all the revisions of that page (User SquidSistersAreBestGirls made those edits). User DaDoc540 has been adding most of the strategy sections and took the information from sources that can be found in the references section. At the end of the day, recommended abilities are subjective. Something that might work for one might not be as succesfull for the other as the abilities are to strengthen the player's playstyle and their weapon. We should try to get the recommended abilities for each weapon by statistics, what works better for that weapon, whether by effectiveness, popularity or top level play/meta. 02:09, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

Merge the Competitive Weapon Pages

We should merge all the competitive weapon pages for one type of weapon. For example put all competitive Aerospray pages under Competitive:Aerospray. It's Eminence! (talk) 23:26, 2 September 2020 (UTC)

Although the main weapon might work the same but its kit might make it played differently. Take Junior and Kensa Junior for example, same main weapon but their kit makes them play a different playstyle. 11:26, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
