Appearance
The Blowfish Bell Hat is a simple, bell-shaped hat with a soft-looking and somewhat grainy texture. It changes color to match that of the wearer's ink and has a tiny, black and white version of the [[File:Firefin_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo on the front.

The Blowfish Bell Hat comes with Ink Recovery Up as a main ability when purchased from shops or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, this item can have any other Ability normally available to Headgear items..
As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the [[File:Firefin_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, it has a higher chance of rolling 
Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up.
