Booyah Base

Booyah Base is a mall in Inkopolis Plaza. It is comprised of a variety of shops in which players can purchase the several types of gear available in the game.

Ammo Knights

Ammo Knights (Japanese: カンブリアームズ Kanburi Arms) is a weapon shop run by Sheldon, a Horseshoe crab. It can be accessed from Booyah Base. Here, players can purchase weapons with in-game Cash earned in multiplayer matches and amiibo challenges.

Ammo Knights sells weapons of all weapon classes: blasters, chargers, rollers, shooters. It also features a Testing Area to experiment with potential purchases.

Shrimp Kicks (Japanese: エビスシューズ Ebisu Shoes) is a shoe store owned by Crusty Sean. It sells shoes that can be purchased with cash from Multiplayer matches.

Testing Area

Testing Area

When browsing the Ammo Knights store, the player is given the choice to test out any weapons that are on sale in the special Testing Area. The area features ledges to climb up to, dummies with varying amounts of health to test damage output, and lines to judge distance and range.

  • "Booyah Base" is a play on the word "bouillabaisse," a type of fish stew.
  • Booyah Base draws inspiration from Shibuya, a Japanese city.
  • "Ammo Knights" is a play on the word "ammonite," which is an extinct type of marine mollusk.
  • Jelly Fresh is a play on the word jellyfish.
  • The word "Ebisu" in the store's Japanese name seems to come from the Japanese god of fishermen and luck, Ebisu.
  • The background music of the Booyah Base will change depending on which store the player is in.
