Note: In the dialog boxes, Callie and Marie are referred to as Agent 1 and Agent 2.
After reaching the entrance to the rocket
- Callie: Graaamps! We're here to save you!
- Marie: What?
- Callie: GRAMPS! NO!
- Marie: Dehydrated in his prime...
- Marie: OH!
- Mr. Grizz: Welcome.
- Callie: Hey, you overgrown furball! Turn Gramps back into... Gramps!
- Mr. Grizz: Valued employees... we appreciate your feedback. However, it will not be implemented at this time.
- Marie: What's that supposed to mean?!
- Mr. Grizz: It means the end of your employment.
- Mr. Grizz: ...And the end of the world as you know it, to be clear.
- Mr. Grizz: As per my memo, I will be coating the planet in Fuzzy Ooze in an effort to restore balance.
- Mr. Grizz: Don't call it "Hairmegeddon". HR doesn't like it.
After Mr. Grizz uses the rocket
- Callie: No... The rocket...
- Marie: Graaamps!
- Marie: He's... he's all dried up...
- Callie: But how...
- Callie: HUH?!
- Cuttlefish: Phew! Somebody got the drop on me! Anyone else feelin' a bit parched?
- Cuttlefish: Also feeling a bit lighter. And waaay flatter.

- Callie: Hey, wait! We're still in danger!
- Callie: The rocket! The fuzz!
- Marie: But we'll never catch that rocket. It's impossible.

- Frye: Sounds like you folks need some help... and Deep Cut is here to steal the spotlight!

Dialogue during the boss fight's gameplay (Part 1, Rocketship Traversing)
- Callie: A golden egg! You might be able to use that!
- Marie: Nice work, Agent 3- and Smallfry too! Keep going!
- Marie: What's up with the oozy splotches on his belly?
- Callie: Whoa! A fuzzball came out!
- Mr. Grizz: You're not clocking out that easily.
- Marie: More Fuzzy Ooze!
- Marie: What's he doing? Rolling over?
- Callie: He's making the whole rocket rotate! Move with the rotation, Agent 3!
- Callie: Keep it up! You're halfway through a full rotation!
- Marie: All right! There's the fuzzball!
- Mr. Grizz: Ah, a setback. But this is a GROWTH INDUSTRY!
- Callie: Where'd he go?
- Marie: Looks like he's gonna roll again. Brace yourself!

After Agent 3 destroys the final fuzzball (Part 1 transition into Part 2)

- DJ Octavio: You're not dropping this beat on OUR turf!
- Callie: We'll hype you up from here, Agent 3!
- Shiver: Listen up! It's going down...
- Shiver: Repping the Splatlands, we are DEEP CUT!
- Frye: Ready up there?
- Frye: Let's bust that bear!
- Big Man: AY, AAY!
- Shiver: You lip-synch...

- Callie: SHIVER, FRYE, AND BIG MAAAN!

- Frye: You ooze, you lose. Go back to Ursa WHINER!
- Cuttlefish: You ready, Octavio?
- DJ Octavio: GYAH HA HA! Pilot hatch unlocked!
- DJ Octavio: Fuzzballs… meet my Ink Vac! Hop in, Agent 3!
- Callie: You heard him! Steer the Octobot King and vacuum those Fuzzballs up!
- Marie: We only have 3 minutes and 33 seconds before he slams into the Earth! Hurry!
Dialogue during the boss fight’s gameplay (Part 2, Vacuuming the Fuzzballs)
Frye: Hop in with ZL, and use L to steer and move forward!
Shiver: The Ink Vac will stretch waaay out there if you hold down ZR!
Marie: Watch out! Enemies incoming!
Callie: Heads up! Enemies are boarding!
Cuttlefish: Oho! It’s working!
Callie: There are more Fuzzballs up ahead! Get the next one!
Cuttlefish: Yo, Octavio! Check it out!
Cuttlefish: There are fake Fuzzballs floatin’ out there! Be careful!
Marie: You can’t suck up the fakes? Yikes!
DJ Octavio: GYAH! Don't fall for the fakes! You can't suck 'em up!
Frye: OK, OK! Only two left!
DJ Octavio: GYAH HA HA! NICE!
Shiver: His back is wide open!
Big Man: Aaay! (Suck it up!)
DJ Octavio: Keep the enemy in sight, and aim carefully!
Marie: Watch out! Enemies incoming!

Shiver: Down to two minutes!

After sucking up the final Fuzzball
Callie: We got all of the Fuzzballs... Now what?
DJ Octavio: I'll tell you what! We fire that fuzz right back!
Marie (Speaking for the Captain): "Blast the stuffing out of him with ZR!" That's an order from the Captain!
Cuttlefish: First rule of battlefield! NEVER GIVE UP!
Callie: BOOYAAAAAAAAAH!
Callie: WAAH! We're out of time!
After blasting the stuffing out
Mr. Grizz: It seems all of my work... has been for nothing.
Mr. Grizz: The times have changed. The world can never be the same as it was. Moving forward... is the future.
Mr. Grizz: I suppose this is it, then.
Mr. Grizz: You will not recieve service paaaaaay...
After Return of the Mammalians Boss Fight and Deep Cut broadcast
Callie: Agent 3! Agent 3!
Callie: I'm so glad you're okay! I mean... I knew you would be!
Marie: Nicely done.
Marie: We saw it all. The daring. The bravery. The inkcredible skills. Who knew Smallfry could do all that! A-and you were there too!
Callie: Yeah! Agent 3 basically saved the planet. Does anyone other than us realize that?
Cuttlefish: Bein' a hero, well... it's a real trip. A voyage, if you will. Some kinda... tour... where you go places...
Cuttlefish: Booyah!
Marie: Uh... well said, Gramps. Oh, the captain was full of praise for you too. There was a heartfelt nod of approval.
Callie: Hear, hear!
Callie: Well, until next time...
