The Splatterscope is a Main Weapon in Splatoon.

Description

The Splatterscope is a type of charger, and it contains a scope for more precise aiming. Like all chargers, it can be charged to fire ink at long distances. It comes in a set with the Splat Bomb and Bomb Rush.

A Splat Charger fitted with a scope to allow for precision aiming. The range has been increased, but the field of vision is rather narrow.

The Splatterscope is a Splat Charger with an added scope for effective long-distance aiming. It's great for hitting far-off targets, but your view is narrow while charging, so careful where you use it!

Notes

The Splatterscope is identical to the Splat Charger, but is equipped with a scope for slightly greater long-range precision. To avoid getting blindsided, only peer through the scope prior to firing. If you find yourself under attack at close range, use the Bomb Rush special to make your escape, tossing Splat Bombs to put some distance between yourself and your attackers.

Having the Quick Respawn Ability along with the Splatterscope is very handy- it allows charger users to leap back into battle quickly to assist the team.

Splat Bombs are useful mid-range Sub Weapons that can be used to take out advancing enemies. Ink Saver Sub reduces the amount of ink the bombs use, allowing the Splat Bombs to be thrown more often.

Bomb Range Up increases the distance that the Splat Bombs can be thrown, which means Splatterscope users can take out mid-range enemies from a little bit farther away than they normally would be able to.

Ink Saver Main reduces the amount of ink the main weapon uses- very useful for chargers as fully charged shots use up lots of ink.

Chargers can be difficult to run with at times. Equipping Run Speed Up can increase mobility with chargers in Inkling form.

Because running with chargers is difficult, it can also be difficult to escape from foes. Swim Speed Up will increase mobility in squid form, allowing stealthy escapes from enemies.
