So, about your question: When they buffed Booyah Bomb in ver. 4.4.0 so it does 32% extra damage per frame, it increased from 2.5 to 3.3 (you can make this calculation by yourself). Also, when you defeat a dummy at the testing room, you can see the Booyah Bomb dealing 102.3 which is a multiple of 3.3 (killing at frame 31).
