Shooters are a main weapon classification in the game Splatoon. Shooters are fast shooting guns, firing small blobs of paint in rapid succession. There are currently nine known types of Shooter:
- Splattershot - the base Shooter.
- Splattershot Jr. - a faster, more inaccurate Shooter.
- Splattershot Pro - a more powerful Shooter with a slightly slower firing rate.
- Tentatek Splattershot - an overall upgrade to the default Splattershot.
- Aerospray MG - has a maxed out firing rate, on the cost of a weaker damage and closer firing range.
- Jet Squelcher - has a further firing range than other Shooters, but it is weaker and fires slower.
- Blaster - deals more damage, but has less range and a slower firing rate.
- 5.2 Gal - has a higher damage and range, but a lower firing rate.
