The Splattershot Pro returns in Splatoon 2 looking identical to how it did in the first game. It comes with the Point Sensor and Ink Storm.
Gameplay and tips
The Splattershot pro is a powerful slayer weapon. Its power and accuracy, yet high ink consumption make it tailored to veteran players. It shines in Rainmaker, where pin-point accuracy is great for attacking the enemy carrier and protecting your own. In terms of shortcomings, in Turf Wars it is not a very good idea to use, as ink consumption is too high to be good at turfing. Instead, try to splat the enemy so your allies can turf more quickly.
Data
- The Splattershot Pro is a middleweight weapon.
- The ink consumption of 2% and ink tank capacity of 100% allows players to fire 50 shots before needing to refill the ink supply.

- When initially firing the weapon in humanoid form, the first shot takes 3 frames to come out.
- When firing from squid or octopus form, the first shot takes 11 frames to come out.
