Opening Gambit.

Appearance
The Striped Beanie is a simple knit hat that changes color based on that of the wearer's Ink, with four horizontal white stripes.

The Striped Beanie comes with Opening Gambit as a main ability when purchased from shops or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, this item can have any other Ability normally available to Headgear items.
As a 1-star item, it also has an additional slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the [[File:Splash Mob_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, It has a higher chance of rolling 
Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling 
Run Speed Up.
