Template:Infobox gear Not to be confused with the Safari Hat(NA)[a] made by Forge, named Jungle Hat(EU/OC)[b].

The Jungle Hat(NA)[a], or Safari Hat(EU/OC)[b], is headgear in Splatoon. It is a 3-star item produced by Firefin and comes with the main ability Ink Saver (Main).

It can be purchased from Cooler Heads for 9,000 Cash.

Appearance

The Jungle Hat is a floppy, wide-brimmed hat with a band. It is completely covered in a camouflage pattern that changes color to match that of the wearer's Ink, with the band being slightly duller.

Abilities

The Jungle Hat comes with Ink Saver (Main) as a main ability. As a 3-star item, it also has three slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Firefin brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up.

Trivia

  • The Jungle Hat is the most expensive piece of gear with Ink Saver (Main).
  • Between the North American and Europe/Oceania versions of Splatoon, the Jungle Hat and the Safari Hat have switched names with each other. The reason for this is unknown.
