Special Charge Up.

The Punk Whites are a pair of white leather boots with thick black soles. They come up to the wearer's calf and have black laces and a large orange loop on the back.

The Punk Whites come with Special Charge Up as a main ability when purchased from shops or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, this item can have any other ability normally available to Shoes items.
