Grizzco Industries
Grizzco Industries is a company in Splatoon 2 run by Mr. Grizz. The company recruits Inklings to participate in Salmon Runs. Inklings collect Golden Eggs and receive various rewards depending on their performance. They are also given an Employee Handbook to read at the beginning of their career.
The Grizzco brand produces all gear awarded from Salmon Run. Grizzco gear does not favor any secondary ability and, uniquely, comes with a random primary ability. It cannot be ordered from Murch.
During the shift taking place from 5p.m.-5.p.m. September 15-16, the weapons were randomized, and during each wave, there was a chance for one player on a team to receive a Grizzco Blaster to utilize during that wave, a weapon that so far has not yet appeared in normal gameplay. As stated by the Squid Research Lab, it belongs to Mr. Grizz, who issued a statement asking workers not to steal it or alert the media to its existence, under threat of immediate termination of their employment.[1] This may indicate that the Grizzco Blaster was produced illegally.
