Foggy Notion is a Challenge in Splatoon 3. It was first announced during the Sizzle Season 2023 Announcement trailer[1]. It was first made available on 28 June 2023 during Sizzle Season 2023, and was the fifth available Challenge in Splatoon 3.
Description
During the Challenge, the stage is shrouded in fog, similarly to the fog event in Salmon Run, with its density changing as the battle goes on. The pattern in which the fog fades in and out is consistent across matches.

Can you use the fog cover to your advantage?
- The stage will be shrouded in fog through the battle.
- However, the density of the fog will change as the battle goes on!
