Bomb Defense Up DX

Bomb Defense Up DX is an upcoming ability in Splatoon 2. It will be added to the game on 5 December 2018 as part of the 4.3.0 update.

It will replace Bomb Defense Up and Cold-Blooded and has the same effect as the combination of both at the same level (i.e. a single primary slot of Bomb Defense Up DX is equivalent to one primary slot of each of the two old abilities).

Existing gear, ability chunks and drink tickets will be automatically converted when the update is released.

It is not yet know how the favoring and unfavoring brands for the existing abilities will relate to the new ability.
