They are a 3-star item produced by Enperry and come with the primary ability Swim Speed Up. They are only available as a CoroCoro Comic promotion in Japan. They cannot be ordered from another player.

Abilities

The Milky Enperrials come with Swim Speed Up as the primary ability. As a 3-star item, the Milky Enperrials come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Enperry gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Sub Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up to fill their secondary ability slots.

This item is part of the signature outfit of Emperor, a character in the Splatoon manga.
The codes for this gear expired on July 21, 2019 for magazine codes, and December 31, 2019 for the manga re-release codes, and therefore this gear is no longer attainable.
