In Splatoon, they are a 1-star item produced by Rockenberg and come with the primary ability Quick Respawn.
They can be purchased from Shrimp Kicks for 
800.
In Splatoon 2, they are a 1-star item produced by Rockenberg and come with the primary ability Quick Respawn.
They can be purchased from Shella Fresh for 
800 or from SplatNet Gear Shop for 2,000.
Appearance
The Squink Wingtips are wingtip shoes which are colored mainly black and white, and are tied together with black laces. The inside of the shoes are brown, and the soles are dark brown.

Abilities
The Squink Wingtips come with Quick Respawn as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Squink Wingtips come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since they are made by the Rockenberg brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill their secondary ability slot.
