Appearance
The Bubble Rain Boots are a pair of white rubber boots that come halfway up the wearer's shins, covered in a polka dot pattern in dark blue, medium blue, and a bright cyan. The medium blue is also used for the soles and a thick stripe around the top. On the front is a tiny black 
Inkline logo on a white label.

Abilities
The Bubble Rain Boots come with Damage Up as a main ability. As a 1-star item, the Bubble Rain Boots have one additional slot for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Inkline brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Defense Up and a lower chance of rolling Damage Up to fill their secondary ability slot.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Bubble Rain Boots come with Drop Roller as a main ability when purchased from shop or ordered from Murch, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Object Shredder or Stealth Jump. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they can have any other ability normally available to Shoes. As a 1-star item, the Bubble Rain Boots have one additional slot for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Inkline brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Bomb Defense Up DX and a lower chance of rolling Main Power Up to fill their secondary ability slot.
