Nonslip Senseis
The Nonslip Senseis, known in Splatoon 2 as the Non-slip Senseis, are a pair of shoes in the Splatoon series.
They are a 3-star item produced by Grizzco and come with a random primary ability generated when they are received. They are only available as a reward from Salmon Run as the monthly gear or in a Pink Capsule. They cannot be ordered from another player.
In Splatoon 3, they are a 2-star item produced by Grizzco and come with the ability Stealth Jump.
Appearance
The Nonslip Senseis are a pair of black jika-tabi shoes with visible stitches that matches the player's ink color. The lining also matches the player's ink, with a hammerhead shark pattern in white. There are yellow non-slip pads attached to the soles.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Nonslip Senseis come with a random primary ability that can also appear as secondary abilities, which prevents the wearer from having Drop Roller, Object Shredder, or Stealth Jump as they are exclusive to Shoes and cannot appear as secondary abilities. This primary ability is assigned randomly when the item is received. As a 3-star item, the Nonslip Senseis come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Grizzco gear brand, they have equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
Splatoon 3
Abilities
The Nonslip Senseis come with Stealth Jump as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Drop Roller or Object Shredder. As a 2-star item, the Nonslip Senseis come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since they are made by the Grizzco gear brand, they have equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
