From Inkipedia, the Splatoon wiki

The Power Boots are a pair of shoes in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, they are a 2-star item produced by amiibo and come with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main). They are only available from the Inkling Squid or the Splatoon 2 series Inkling Squid 2 amiibo. They cannot be ordered from another player.

In Splatoon 2, they are a 2-star item produced by amiibo and come with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main). They are only available from the Inkling Squid amiibo. They cannot be ordered from another player.

In Splatoon 3, they are a 1-star item produced by amiibo and come with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main). They are only available from the Inkling Squid amiibo. They cannot be ordered from another player.

Appearance

The Power Boots are a pair of complex, futuristic boots. They are mostly white, black, and gray, with silver panels on their upper side. They are very wide at the middle and back of the foot, but are considerably narrower at the toes. They are quite tall, coming up to the wearer's knees. On the back is a thick tube with a pattern in black as well as the wearer's ink color, which comes out at the heel and goes back in at the calf.

Because of their unusually large size, the Power Boots, along with the rest of the Power Gear, often clip with the wearer's body and/or surroundings.
