White Seahorses

They can be purchased from Shrimp Kicks for

In Splatoon 2, they are a 1-star item produced by Zink and come with the primary ability Ink Recovery Up.
They can be purchased from Shella Fresh for 
600 or from SplatNet Gear Shop for 1,500.
Appearance
The White Seahorses are a pair of white sneakers with orange soles and the arrow from the 
Zink logo, also in orange, on both sides. The laces and interior are orange, and on the tongue is the full Zink logo in black and white.
Splatoon
Abilities
The White Seahorses come with Ink Recovery Up as a main ability. As a 1-star item, the White Seahorses have one additional slot for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Zink brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill their secondary ability slot.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The White Seahorses come with Ink Recovery Up as a main ability when purchased from shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they can have any other ability normally available to Shoes. As a 1-star item, the White Seahorses have one additional slot for secondary abilities.
