In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Rockenberg and comes with the primary ability Ink Recovery Up.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
2,500 or from SplatNet Gear Shop for 5,000.
Appearance
The Rockenberg White is a simple, short-sleeved white t-shirt. On the chest is the Inkling text from the 
Rockenberg logo in black, and on the back is the Rockenberg logo. On the left side of the shirt, toward the bottom, is a tiny red-orange tag.

The Rockenberg White comes with Ink Recovery Up as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Rockenberg White comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Rockenberg brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
