Slipstream United
The Slipstream United is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Takoroka and comes with the primary ability Defense Up.
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 
1,800.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Takoroka and comes with the primary ability Bomb Defense Up DX.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
1,800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 3,600.
In Splatoon 3, it is a 1-star item produced by Takoroka and comes with the primary ability Sub Resistance Up.
It can be purchased from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 
1,800 or from SplatNet 3 Shop for 3,600.
Appearance
The Slipstream United is a soccer jersey with dark blue and red vertical stripes. The sleeves and collar are lined with white, on the left arm is a yellow armband with a black Takoroka logo, and up to each shoulder is a row of white chevrons. There is a smaller Takoroka logo on the right side of the chest in white and a small green and white crest on the left with three yellow stars above it. Below the logo and crest is a white Inkling word. On the back is white writing in Inkling, and the number 10.

Abilities
The Slipstream United comes with Defense Up as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Slipstream United comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Duration Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Slipstream United comes with Bomb Defense Up DX as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Slipstream United comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Power Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 3

The Slipstream United can be seen in a Twitter post for the Splatoon 3: Expansion Pass. It can be seen being worn by an Inkling on Inkopolis Plaza.
Abilities
The Slipstream United comes with Sub Resistance Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Slipstream United comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 2 stars will add another secondary ability slot for a total of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Power Up to fill its secondary ability slot.

Trivia
- Stars next to the team crest on a jersey are used to represent major trophies the team has won; Slipstream United has apparently won three.
- The Slipstream United resembles the home jersey worn by FC Barcelona. Since the back of the jersey contains what resembles a 10, this may also a reference to one of FC Barcelona's most famous ex-players Lionel Messi, Barça's no. 10 at the time of the release of Splatoon.
