Cycling Shirt
The Cycling Shirt is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Zink and comes with the primary ability Cold Blooded. It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 2,900.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Zink and comes with the primary ability Main Power Up. It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 2,900 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 5,800.
In Splatoon 3, it is a 1-star item produced by Zink and comes with the primary ability Intensify Action. It can be purchased from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 2,900 or from SplatNet 3 Shop for 5,800.
Appearance
The Cycling Shirt is a navy blue shirt with a zipper and green and ink-color matching stripes, with a thicker white stripe containing the text from the Zink logo appearing on the front of the shirt. On the right breast of the jacket is a badge with a picture of a sushi roll.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Cycling Shirt comes with Cold Blooded as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Cycling Shirt comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Cycling Shirt comes with Main Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Cycling Shirt comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 3
The Cycling Shirt could be seen in the Splatoon 3 Splatfest World Premiere.
Abilities
The Cycling Shirt comes with Intensify Action as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Cycling Shirt comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 2 stars will add another secondary ability slot for a total of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the Zink gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill its secondary ability slot.
