The Navy Eminence Jacket is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 3-star item produced by Enperry and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).

In Splatoon 3, it is a 2-star item produced by Enperry and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).
It can be purchased from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 
10,500 or from SplatNet 3 Shop for 15,750.
Appearance
The Navy Eminence Jacket is a navy blue button-down jacket with a hood. It is long and reaches down to the wearer's knees. On the front it has two pockets, and lettering from the Enperry logo in white text contained in a square space. On the backside of the jacket is the Enperry logo in large white text running down the back. The hood and the elbows are accented with a thick, gray, stripe.

Abilities
The Navy Eminence Jacket comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Navy Eminence Jacket comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Enperry gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Sub Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the Enperry gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Sub Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
