Appearance
The Rockin' Leather Jacket is a blue leather jacket. It has a wide, pointed collar with ten shiny metal pins on one side and four colored ones on the other. It also has an off-center zipper, zippers on the sleeves that extend to the wearer's elbow, zippers that wrap around the inside of each elbow, and three zippers and a pocket on the front. The collar of a black shirt can be seen peeking out from under the jacket. Around the wearer's waist is a thick belt of the same material as the jacket, except it is white. The belt has a square buckle. On the back of the jacket is white text and a small, white drawing of an octopus, and there are white characters on each sleeve.

Abilities
The Rockin' Leather Jacket comes with Sub Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Rockin' Leather Jacket comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Annaki gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Main Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill its secondary ability slots.

The Rockin' Leather Jacket comes with Sub Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Rockin' Leather Jacket comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the Annaki gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill its secondary ability slots.

Trivia
- Rockenberg's logo is slightly worn off but visible at the back of the jacket, where some of it is painted over with new text. The jacket itself resembles Rockenberg's White Inky Rider and Black Inky Rider.
