THe next time that I messed up doesn't really fit into the category. I welcomed numerous people (most having no contribs) with the 'susbt:welcome' template. I came across some splatted pages (courtesy of [[User:Heddy]]), and I asked him if I was doing wrong. He replied with not really. Heddy pointed out that it was a waste of time. Then another comment (on my talk page) was by [[User:Luke26]]. He pointed out that I was not meant to welcome people with no contribs. | |||
