The Octo Tee is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Cuttlegear and comes with the primary ability Haunt. It is only available as a reward from Judd for reaching Level 45. It cannot be ordered from another player.
Appearance
The Octo Tee is a dark purple short-sleeved shirt. It is decorated with Inkling (or possibly Octarian) text formed by rows of small rhinestones, with two large letters on the front and a line of smaller letters on the lower back. At the left side of the hem is a small green tag with the Cuttlegear logo in white, and the shirt is accompanied by two black wristbands with dark gray octopus designs.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Octo Tee comes with Haunt as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Clothing, prevents the wearer from also having Cold Blooded, Ninja Squid, or Recon. As a 3-star item, the Octo Tee comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Cuttlegear gear brand, it has equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
Trivia
- The symbols on the shirt loosely resemble the Japanese word for "octopus" (たこ). This is in contrast to shirts such as the White Tee and Yellow Layered LS which have symbols resembling the Japanese word for "squid" (いか).
