The Squid-Stitch Cap is headgear in Splatoon. It is a 3-star item produced by [[File:Skalop_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability Opening Gambit.

It can be purchased from for File:8,500 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Squid-Stitch Cap is a flat-brimmed cap with a pattern similar to houndstooth that changes color to match that of the wearer's ink. On top of the brim is a somewhat large sticker with [[File:Skalop_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]]'s logo in black and gold. The hat is worn at a slight angle, and on the back is a small version of the Skalop logo in black and white.

The Squid-Stitch Cap comes with Opening Gambit as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Headgear, prevents the wearer from also having Comeback, Last-Ditch Effort, or Tenacity. As a 3-star item, the Squid-Stitch Cap comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Skalop gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Respawn and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill its secondary ability slots.
