Zekko and comes with the primary ability 
Ink Saver (Sub). It can be purchased from 
Cooler Heads for

In Splatoon 2, it is a 1-star item produced by 
Zekko and comes with the primary ability 
Ink Saver (Sub). It can be purchased from 
Headspace for 
400 or from 
SplatNet Gear Shop for 1,000.

Appearance
The Jogging Headband is a white headband with two thin stripes on the top and bottom respectively that change color based on that of the wearer's Ink, though it is unknown whether they are meant to match. Repeated several times around the length of the headband is the Inkling text from the Zekko logo printed in black.

Abilities
The Jogging Headband comes with Ink Saver (Sub) as a main ability. As a 1-star item, the Jogging Headband has one additional slot for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Zekko brand, it has a higher chance of rolling 
Special Saver and a lower chance of rolling 
Special Charge Up to fill its secondary ability slot.
