Cap'n Cap
The Cap'n Cap is headgear in the Splatoon series.
It is a 2-star item produced by Splash Mob and comes with the primary ability Quick Respawn.
It must first be unlocked through leveling up the Sizzle Season 2023 catalog to level 53, then it can be purchased from Naut Couture for 
10,500. It can only be ordered from another player after being unlocked.
Appearance
The Cap'n Cap is a peaked cap with a crown matching the player's ink color and a black brim. Along the brim is a thick black string connected by two gold buttons with anchors on them. A black Splash Mob logo is sewn onto the back.

Abilities
The Cap'n Cap comes with Quick Respawn as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 2-star item, the Cap'n Cap comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased with Super Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Naut Couture for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Since it is made by the Splash Mob gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling Run Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
