It can be purchased from from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for File:5,000 Icon Cash.png and from SplatNet 2 for File:10,000 Icon Cash.png.
Appearance
The Luminous Delta Straps are a pair of black sandals with socks that have white stripes.

The Green Rain Boots come with 
Cold-Blooded as a main ability.
As a 2-star item, it also has two slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the [[File:Inkline_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, it has a higher chance of rolling 
Bomb Defense Up and a lower chance of rolling Cold-Blooded.
