Rina Squidkid IV

The Rina Squidkid IV are a pair of shoes in the Splatoon series.

They are a 3-star item produced by Enperry and come with the primary ability Bomb Defense Up DX. They were released via the Splatoon 2 Switch News channel as a promotion for the Hare vs. Tortoise Splatfest. They can also be purchased from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  16,500.

Appearance

The Rina Squidkid IV shoes are athletic shoes with a dark purple, turquoise, and black color scheme. It is teal along the soles and above the toes, purple along the front, heel, and tongue, and black around the laces and ankles. The Enperry logo appears on the tongue of the shoe in teal.

Splatoon 2

Abilities

The Rina Squidkid IV come with Bomb Defense Up DX as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 3-star item, the Rina Squidkid IV come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Enperry gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Sub Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
