It can be purchased from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for Cash, or from SplatNet 2 for Cash.

The Navy Red-Soled Wingtips are suede, gray dress shoes with yellow soles and gray laces.

The Navy Red-Soled Wingtips come with Quick Super Jump as a main ability when purchased from shops or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, this item can have any other ability normally available to Shoes items.
As a 2-star item, it also has two slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the [[File:Rockenberg_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, it has a higher chance of rolling 
Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling 
Swim Speed Up.
