Punk Blacks

The Punk Blacks are a pair of shoes in the Splatoon series.

They are a 3-star item produced by Rockenberg and come with the primary ability Main Power Up. They can be purchased from Shella Fresh for  8,800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  13,200.

Appearance

The Punk Blacks are solid black, laced leather boots. They come up to the wearer's calf and have thick soles.

Abilities

The Punk Blacks come with Main Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 3-star item, the Punk Blacks come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Rockenberg gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill their secondary ability slots.

Trivia

• The Punk Blacks resemble the British shoe brand Dr. Martens, commonly seen in punk and skinhead fashion.
