Propeller-Lift Playground, also named Propeller Lift Playground,(EU/OC)[a] is the sixth mission in Splatoon's single-player mode, Octo Valley. It gets its name from its heavy use of propellers.

Octo Valley

After the player clears The Mighty Octostomp!, they gain access to Area 2 via an Inkrail. Turn left and walk toward the middle and largest pillar and shoot the invisible kettle on top of it to access the level.

Trivia

  • Several strange sounds of rust and decay can be heard near the various cranes found within this level. These sounds are later heard during the Undeniable Flying Object mission.
  • After the last checkpoint, there are three propeller lifts. Behind the first one and below the third one are the characters イ and カ, which together form the katakana "ika", the Japanese word for "squid".
  • The German name for this mission is a play on the phrase "von Winde verweht" which means "blown away by the wind". It shares a wind-themed pun with Propeller-Lift Fortress.
  • The icon for Propeller-Lift Playground shows a red object on the bottom of the propeller lift that resembles the nozzle of a Gusher.
