The Eminence Cuff is headgear in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Enperry and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main). It is only available as a CoroCoro Comic promotion in Japan. It cannot be ordered from another player.
Appearance
The Eminence Cuff is a golden ear cuff that goes on the player's left ear. It is engraved with the 
Enperry logo. Female Inklings wear it like an earring, while male Inklings wear it at the top of their ear.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Eminence Cuff comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability. As a 3-star item, the Eminence Cuff comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Enperry gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Sub Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
