The Golden Toothpick is headgear in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Cuttlegear and comes with the primary ability Special Charge Up. It can be obtained from Octo Expansion by beating all 80 levels and beating the Agent 3 rematch. It cannot be ordered from another player.

Abilities
The Golden Toothpick comes with Special Charge Up as the primary ability. As a 3-star item, the Golden Toothpick comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Cuttlegear gear brand, it has equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
