The Ink Saver Sub ability is great for sub weapons that consume a lot of the user's ink such as seekers or Splash Walls. The ability allows the user to deploy such sub weapons more frequently, as less ink is used per sub weapon because of Ink Saver Sub. Trivia

  • Prior to Version 2.6.0, players could only throw a single Splat Bomb or Suction Bomb, no matter how many Ink Saver (Sub) you stack to your gear, this has been changed due to the update of increasing maximum possible ink saved so you can throw 2 Splat Bombs or Suction Bombs if you stack: 1 main, 9 subs or 2 mains, 5 subs or 3 mains, 2 subs.
  • The red arrow on your Ink Tank will go down when you have Ink Saver (Sub) and show you how much ink is necessary to use the Sub Weapon.
