The Pro Trail Boots are shoes in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 3-star item produced by [[File:Inkline_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability 
Bomb Sniffer in Splatoon and 
Ink Resistance Up in Splatoon 2.
It can be purchased from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). and Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for Cash or from SplatNet 2 for Cash.
Appearance
The Pro Trail Boots are black and dark gray hiking boots with lighter grey squares on the sides and sky blue laces. On the tongue is what appears to be very small Inkling text in yellow-green. The soles are black and feature a yellow arrow pattern, with the [[File:Inkline_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo seen on small tag above the heel. The boots come with dark brown socks that just poke over the top.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Pro Trail Boots come with Bomb Sniffer as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Ink Resistance Up or Stealth Jump. As a 3-star item, the Pro Trail Boots come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Inkline gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Defense Up and a lower chance of rolling Damage Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Pro Trail Boots come with Ink Resistance Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 3-star item, the Pro Trail Boots come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Inkline gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Bomb Defense Up DX and a lower chance of rolling Main Power Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
