Soccer Shoes

The Soccer Cleats^(NA), or Football Studs^{(EU/OC)(Splatoon)} or Soccer Shoes^{(Splatoon 2)}, are shoes in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 3-star item produced by [[File:Takoroka_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]].

It can be purchased from for File:9,600 Icon Cash.png and from for File:9,600 Icon Cash.png or from SplatNet 2 for File:14,400 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Soccer Cleats are a pair of bright orange cleats with dark green spikes and laces. The tongue and the inside of the shoe are black, and the laces are off-center, angled outward. On either side of each shoe is a slightly modified version of the [[File:Takoroka_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo in white, with a smaller one on the tongue. There is also a small Inkling word printed vertically in white on each heel.

Abilities

The Soccer Shoes come with Bomb Sniffer as the primary ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Ink Resistance Up or Stealth Jump. As a 3-star item, the Soccer Shoes come with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since they are made by the Takoroka gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Duration Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
