The Red Hula Punk with Tie is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Annaki and comes with the primary ability Ink Resistance Up.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
9,000 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 13,500.
Appearance
The Red Hula Punk with Tie is a predominantly red, short-sleeved button-front collared shirt with a black tie tucked into the buttons. It has several purple patches depicting various hooks and pins. One buckled, black leather bracelets fit around the left wrist.

Abilities
The Red Hula Punk with Tie comes with Ink Resistance Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Red Hula Punk with Tie comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Annaki gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Main Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill its secondary ability slots.
