Drop Roller is an ability in Splatoon 2. The ability is exclusive to shoes, and cannot be rolled as a sub ability.

Drop Roller allows the player to roll after performing a Super Jump (including when jumping back to the Ink Jet's starting point) by tilting Left Stick in the desired direction. The roll is similar to the one provided by the S2 Weapon Main Splat Dualies.png Splat Dualies, albeit much slower. After a Drop Roll, the user will get S2 Ability Run Speed Up.png Run Speed Up, S2 Ability Swim Speed Up.png Swim Speed Up, and S2 Ability Ink Resistance Up.png Ink Resistance Up for about 3 seconds.
