The Fugu Bell Hat is headgear in the Splatoon series.
It is a 2-star item produced by Firefin and comes with the primary ability Quick Respawn.
It can be purchased from Headspace for 
1,700 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 3,400.
Appearance
The Fugu Bell Hat is a simple, bell-shaped hat with a soft-looking texture, and has a tiny, white and black version of the 
Firefin logo on the front.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Fugu Bell Hat comes with Quick Respawn as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 2-star item, the Fugu Bell Hat comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Firefin gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
