Octo Layered LS
The Octo Layered LS is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Cuttlegear and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main). It can be obtained by purchasing the Octo Expansion. Buyers also got the Studio Octophones. It cannot be ordered from another player.
Appearance
The Octo Layered LS consists of a red short-sleeved shirt and a darker red long-sleeved shirt worn under it. On the front of the short-sleeved shirt is some Inkling text printed in white with an angled fuchsia octopus sticker over it. There is more white Inkling text on the bottom of the back of the shirt, resembling the word "octopus". On the back, there is also a green tag with a signature that appears to be stuck on. On the bottom left of the front of the shirt is a small green tag with the Cuttlegear logo. The end of the long-sleeved shirt can just be seen poking out just below it.

Abilities
The Octo Layered LS comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability. As a 3-star item, the Octo Layered LS comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Cuttlegear gear brand, it has equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
Trivia
- This item, along with Studio Octophones, was available early by pre-purchasing the Octo Expansion. This is a throwback to the initial Splatoon Global Testfire, where players who pre-purchased Splatoon during the event were given the Studio Headphones and a special squid-themed layered shirt resembling White Tee and Zink Layered LS.
- The logo under the octopus on the tee resembles the same one on the Octo Tee.
