The Short Knit Layers is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Toni Kensa and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Main).
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
9,850 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 14,775.
Appearance
The Short Knit Layers is a solid black, short sweather with long sleeves. Beneath the sweater is a white, long-sleeved, collard dress shirt. On the left sleeve is a red pin with the 
Toni Kensa logo on it.

Abilities
The Short Knit Layers comes with Ink Saver (Main) as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Short Knit Layers comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Toni Kensa gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Main Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Sub Power Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
